Polyhedra.org works in browsers that support the HTML <canvas> element as specified by the WHAT-WG. The following browsers have native support:
Firefox 1.5 and up: Firefox is available on Windows, Max and UNIX platforms and is our preferred browser.
Safari 2.0 and up: Safari is Apple's official web browser for Mac OS X and was the first browser to get canvas support. The version of Safari that comes with Mac OS 10.4 "Tiger" supports this site. If you're running an older version of Mac OS X, try Firefox.
Opera 9: Last but not least, Opera is one heck of a web browser, available on many plaforms. Opera supports the Canvas element.
The folks at Google have created an emulation library that brings Canvas support to IE. The fact that this works at all is a tribute to the power of Internet Explorer; however, this library is much slower than the canvas element in browsers that natively support it. I think that many sites will find this library to be completely satisfactory, however, 3-d models at polyhedra.org are quite demanding, and performance may not be as good as you'd like. If you're using IE and would like better peformance,we suggest that you try Firefox.
